3. No Attorney-Client or Doctor-Patient Relationship
Use of our website, contacting our intake line, or submitting information to us does not create an attorney-client relationship, a doctor-patient relationship, or any other professional relationship with Optimal Case Management. Any such relationship exists solely between you and the independent attorney or medical provider you engage.
